Donovan James Meehan is a 22-year-old award-winning filmmaker best known for his neo-noir-esque short film "Traeh" Donovan is also the identical twin brother of Thomas Howe Meehan. While both brothers direct and act, Donovan does his best work as a director while Thomas prefers to be acting.
