The micro-budget on _The Legend of Halloween Jack_ causes a lot of problems, but there are so many missteps in logic that have nothing to do with financial constraints, that it's really inexcusable. I've made movies when I was in film school with budgets of just dozens of dollars that didn't make some of the mistakes that _Legend of Halloween Jack_ makes.
