An animated documentary about Rainbow Junktion, a Leeds based foodbank. "Rainbow Junktion" is a sensitive and positive insight into the running and operations of the foodbank. My intention being to preserve a small section of its history and celebrate the people who make it happen. From November to December to 2022, I interviewed customers, volunteers and staff at Rainbow Junktion, a Leeds-based foodbank. The conversations had there during this time, inspired the film which celebrates the wonderful work done by all the people who are a part of this fantastic organisation.

At the heart of an imaginary world populated by fantastical creatures and dangerous monsters, the 13 year-old Zak goes in search of his twin brother Kyle, who has disappeared mysteriously. Equipped with a magical jade stone whose superpowers he doesn't yet know how to control, he is joined by his grandmother NaïNaï and Indiana, a beautiful outlaw who can communicate with the world's fantastical creatures. But he is also flanked by Wowo, formerly a 3 meter-tall furry pachyderm, now turned into a tiny, cute and wacky furball by the magical jade stone.

On the cusp of her 13th birthday, Betty Flood – budding musician and magical being – just wants to be like the rest of her fabulous, but very different family, so why is her magical Mum so against it? As Betty wrestles with this, she also learns the amazing truth about her family and discovers that the not so normal, the magical and the musical are all a part of her fabulously freaky family. It's very freaky, so be freaked freaky ahh deaky peaky neaky seaky peaky poo.

A homeless guy's endless question with Neverland knocks on the door to Journey. Peter, a lost man in his faith after his mother's death, is held by God, thanks to Gloria's prayers. Peter finds Neverland and is promised eternal life.

At first, I saw a lot of birds, but now that some new neighbors dried up the waterfall to steal the water and others intend to build on top of it, the amount of fauna has decreased drastically. This animation is a work in progress.
