Shay Millheiser is a Global Real Estate Advisor with Kuper Sotheby's International Realty who has helped clients and investors buy, sell, lease, and renovate hundreds of homes since 2012. She shares a unique skill-set with her buyers and sellers that enables her to offer additional services, including design & staging consultations, renovation project management, and rental management through her boutique property management company. Additionally, her aggressive marketing strategies and strong investment relationships allow her to provide buyers with frequent off-market opportunities, catered directly to their budget, and for her sellers to receive top-dollar for their property in record time. In the last 12 months, Shay has sold over $50M, earning her a spot in the Top 10 agents in Austin at Kuper Sotheby’s International Realty. Shay has earned Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist and Accredited Buyer Representative designations, served as a Director at Austin Board of Realtors (2019-2021), and has served as a member of the Growth and Development and Housing Issues Policy teams. Her dedication to her craft has won her acclaim by leading real estate professionals, and her renovation and remodeling work has been featured on HGTV. When Shay isn't working, she can be found removing inanimate objects from the mouths of her two mischievous dogs, hiking the Greenbelt while thinking about what she's going to eat for dinner, or performing comedy at local theaters.
