Jon Vincent, born Jeffrey James Vickers, was an American pornographic actor and Chippendale's dancer. Vincent was born in New Orleans, Louisiana, on December 17, 1962, where he attended LSU on a baseball scholarship. At 20 years old, Vincent was signed with the Kansas City Royals and later married and bared a son. Unfortunately, due to growing drug addiction, Vincent was fired from the Kansas City Royals for the conspiracy to sell cocaine, and his marriage shortly fell about after. During the late 1980s, Vincent later moved to California, where he was introduced to the adult industry and went under the name Dave Phillips. Vincent had starred in gay and bisexual films and performed in over three dozen movies with famous companies such as Falcon Studios, Rage Video, Vivid Man, HIS Video, and Catalina. Although Vincent had come out as bisexual, he had had a secret love affair with famous gay porn star Joey Stefano. Later in an interview with Manshots Magazine, Vincent would call himself gay. In addition, Vincent was known for having a temper on set. In 2000 Vincent was cast in the play Ten Naked Men and had signed a deal with adult film company New Age Productions. Sadly, Vincent never overcame his drug addiction. That year, in New York City, Vincent had passed due to an accidental heroin overdose. Vincent is buried in Baton Rouge, LA, with his father in their family crypt. Vincent's son was 19 at the time.
