Michael William "Mike" Russell, is a Scottish National Party politician serving as Cabinet Secretary for Government Business and Constitutional Relations since 26 June 2018 and Member of the Scottish Parliament for Argyll and Bute. He is a professor of culture and governance at the University of Glasgow.
