Bio

Born in Sta. Cruz, Manila. A film critic, university professor and a Chevening scholar. As a writer and film critic, he has participated in film festivals in Berlin, Locarno, Hong Kong, Jeonju, Berwick, Edinburgh, Brighton, Cebu, and Manila.
